This year again sees a huge winter storm that has or is forcing schools and business to close. Preparations are underway to keep roads closed or clean of snow along the East Coast of the United States. The National Weather Service has advised citizens to prepare with adequate food, shelter and winter clothing. As many as tens of millions of people could be affected over the days to come by this sever storm front.

It was based on the principle of the 3Rs; refining, reducing and replacing.
